Flats & apartments
The one-day refresh: walls back to clean and even before you move in, before a viewing, or between tenants. A small flat from €381.
What we do
Most of what we do is a quick, tidy repaint that gets a room back in use fast. Tell the calculator your floor area and it gives you the price for your own place in about a minute.

Interior and exterior. Most of it is the one-day refresh; the rest is full repaints, facades, plastering and the work that takes a week.
The one-day refresh: walls back to clean and even before you move in, before a viewing, or between tenants. A small flat from €381.
Painted on your closed day or overnight, so you open on time. Low-odour paint where food is served.
Washable, grease-resistant finishes that survive steam and scrubbing — domestic kitchens and commercial ones alike.
Room by room, around your bookings. We refresh the rooms you have free this week and come back for the rest.
Out-of-hours and weekend work so your doors stay open. Clean edges, no mess left behind for Monday.
When a refresh is not enough: crack repair, plastering, primer and two coats, inside or on the facade.
What is included, how the day runs, what decides the price, and the questions people actually ask.
The other half of what we do. Cracks, parapets, drains and upstands repaired first, then primer and two coats of elastomeric sealing over the whole roof.
The roof over the bedrooms, and the terrace above the living room. Both get the same system; the terrace gets a finish you can walk on.
One communal roof, three flats with damp ceilings. We survey the whole roof, not the patch above the loudest complaint.
Sealed between seasons, or a wing at a time while the rest stays open. Nothing on the roof interrupts a room below.
Work happens above your ceiling, not in your dining room, so you keep trading while we are up there.

A roof is quoted by its condition, not by a rate card. The survey is free, the quote is written, and nothing starts before you accept it.
A seafront wall in Limassol, an inland facade in Nicosia and a west-facing villa in Peyia fail in three different ways. Pick your district for what to expect where you are — the price is the same everywhere.
