Painters in Limassol
Interior and exterior painting across Limassol — from the plastered houses behind the old market to the towers on the seafront. The price is fixed before we open a tin, and most flats are handed back the same evening.
- 45 minutes from our base
- No call-out fee
- Weekend and night work

Limassol grew upwards. The paint had to keep up.
No other town on the island changed this fast. In fifteen years the seafront went from three-storey blocks to towers with aluminium frames and skimmed plasterboard inside, while the streets behind Anexartisias kept the lime-plastered houses they have had for eighty years. Those two buildings want completely different products, and treating them the same is how a wall gets painted twice in three years.
Most of our Limassol work also runs on somebody else's clock. A flat between tenants that has to be ready for Saturday viewings. An office across a weekend, because Monday morning is not negotiable. A bar off Saripolou on the one night it closes. We plan the day backwards from the hour you need the room, not forwards from the hour it suits us.
What we get called for in Limassol
Three jobs make up most of a week here.
Flats between tenants
The seafront blocks in Neapolis and Potamos Germasogeias turn over constantly. Walls, ceilings and the balcony reveal back to clean and even, usually inside a day, with the keys back to the agent the same evening.
Offices and clinics
The business district works Monday to Friday, so we don't. Friday evening to Sunday night, low-odour water-based paint, desks and screens back exactly where they were before you left.
Restaurants and bars
Painted on your closed night, or overnight. Kitchen walls, dining room and the corridor everyone scuffs — and nothing of ours on the floor when the morning delivery arrives.
What Limassol does to a wall
The coast and the concrete each leave their own mark, and they need different answers.
- Salt, if you can see the sea
- Within a few streets of the water the render takes salt-laden wind for most of the year. Cheap emulsion chalks and lifts at the edges long before the colour goes. A seafront elevation gets a coating built for that exposure — not the same tin we would happily use in Ypsonas.
- Movement where concrete meets block
- Almost every block here is a concrete frame with block infill. The two expand at different rates through a Limassol summer, and the hairline crack tracking along the beam is the result. It gets raked open and filled, because paint bridged over a live crack reopens by the following August.
- Towers come with a rulebook
- A service lift slot, a loading bay window, a building manager who wants to see an insurance certificate before anyone touches a wall. We sort that out before the day starts, so nobody is standing in the lobby at eight in the morning holding twenty litres of paint.

What a Limassol flat costs
The same prices apply here as anywhere else on the island — there is no Limassol surcharge and no call-out fee. A small flat repainted in a day starts at €381 with the paint included; for your own place, the calculator gives you a real figure in about a minute rather than a range.
Every figure includes VAT and the paint. The final price is agreed in writing before we start.
Limassol questions we get asked
- Do you charge extra to come to Limassol?
- No. We are based in Larnaca, forty-five minutes down the A1, and Limassol is an ordinary working day for us. There is no call-out fee and no travel line on the quote.
- Can you work around a booked service lift in a tower?
- Yes, and we would rather. Tell us the slot the building gives you and the day is planned around it — materials up in one trip, nothing stored in a shared corridor, dust sheets down before anything is opened.
- How long does a two-bedroom seafront flat take?
- Walls and ceilings in two coats is a single day for most flats up to about 70 m² of floor. Add a day if the walls need filling first, or if the balcony soffit is coming with it.
- Can a restaurant be painted without closing for a week?
- That is most of what we do here. One closed night, or overnight between services, using low-odour water-based paint so the room is fit to serve the next day rather than airing out for three.
- Do you paint the outside of a whole block?
- Yes. Up to about six metres we work from a mobile tower; above that it is scaffold, and the survey tells you which one applies before you get a price rather than after.
