Questions people ask before booking
Can you really repaint a flat in one day?
Yes, for a flat up to about 60 m² of floor area, walls only, one coat, on sound plaster. That is roughly 170 m² of wall, which a two-painter crew covers comfortably in a working day. Bigger places, ceilings, second coats or repairs push it into a second day, and we tell you that when you get the price — never on the morning we arrive.
How much does it cost to repaint an apartment in Cyprus?
A one-day refresh starts at €381 for a small flat of around 30 m², rising to about €695 for 60 m², paint included. A full two-coat repaint with better paint costs more, and repairs are priced per unit. The calculator gives the figure for your own place from a single slider.
Do I have to move out or empty the room?
No. We move furniture to the middle, cover it, and put it back before we leave. Clear small items and anything breakable and we handle the rest. For restaurants and shops we usually work your closed day or overnight so you never lose trading hours.
How soon can you start?
Often within a few days, and same-week almost always. Refresh jobs are short, so they slot into the calendar far more easily than full repaints. Call and we will tell you the first free date on the spot.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You agree the number before we start and that is what you pay. If we open up a wall and find something genuinely worse than described, we stop and talk to you first — we never add work to an invoice you have not seen.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Cyprus from our Larnaca base: Larnaca, Famagusta, Ayia Napa, Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos. There is no call-out fee — travel is inside the price.
